An Identity Use Case: The User As The Perimeter
Tomas Rollo has taken Toyota Motors Europe on an Identity journey for the past 18 months.
The concept of user's Identity has changed from just a simple dossier of relatively static information about people well known to the organization to an ever-changing cloud of partial information that needs to be received from various sources and matched together to create a sufficient picture about the user.
As such, Identity data then becomes more useful to the other elements of the security landscape when those decide whether to allow the given user action or not.
Walk away hearing case study highlights such as:
- The Toyota Europe Identity reality prior to embarking on the journey
- Benefits from consistency in data and cutting back on manual processes
- Biggest lessons learned to date
- Expected next steps
Following Tomas' case study, Hans-Robert Vermeulen will then discuss possible next steps that can be taken and will show how AI and Cloud Governance can simplify and allow people to get on the next level with a governance program.
