The Cybersecurity Woman of the Year (CSWY), is an annual global awards event spotlighting women for their outstanding achievements in the field of security. Cyber Security Hub is partnering with CSWY to identify potential role models for women considering a cybersecurity career. It is their plan to amplify the messages from a new generation of women working in security. Doing so will demonstrate that cybersecurity is both viable and exciting for women looking to have an impact on an industry eager to change and invite new input into the field. Watch this space for further detail. In the meantime, TF7 focuses on the unique challenges women face in cyber security.

She talks about her passion of getting more women in cyber security how and we can improve the talent supply chain. Tina also talks about zero trust and how organizations can leverage technologies and processes they already have to begin the zero trust journey and not make companies feel like they are boiling the ocean. We finished up the show with Tina sharing her personal battle of depression as a result of the pandemic and how she hoped to help others by contributing a chapter in the book "Leading Through the Pandemic".
