Currently the Vice President of Information Cyber Security Engineering and Platform Operations at Voya Financial. Cindy Fowler has been with Voya for 15 years and joined Security from Infrastructure Technology Services in 2015. Cindy started her career at the Help Desk and joined Voya as a Senior Systems Engineer. Through the years she has led several teams including Network Services, Infrastructure Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering and finally Infrastructure Operations before moving into Security. Cindy’s 23 years of experience and strong technical background coupled with strong business management ensures that all technology systems and projects are well aligned with the company’s business strategy and cost-effective providing the best in class strategic, design, implementation and operational support of Voya’s security tools and platforms.
