Prior to joining Pcysys, Aviv built the Earnix Analytics Insurance brand and founded the global financial service Summit and CEO forum. Aviv also led product and marketing roles at Nexar, Mellanox (NASDAQ: MLNX) and Amdocs (NASDAQ: DOX).

Aviv holds a B.Sc in Electronics and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University.
