Chris Bailey is the co-founder and former CEO of FileCatalyst, which was acquired by HelpSystems in January of 2021. Bailey's new role is to ensure the HelpSystems data security products (which now includes FileCatalyst) remain best of breed individual solutions but may also be combined into cohesive data security solutions. Bailey holds a patent for the core protocol used by FileCatalyst to accelerate file transfers. Bailey is an expert in file transfer and cloud technologies and frequently speaks at industry events.
Chris Spargen leads the solutions engineering teams in HelpSystems’ Managed File Transfer (MFT) division. Spargen has led customer-facing technical teams for the GoAnywhere MFT product line almost a decade, working all facets of technical support, professional services and solutions engineering.
