The use of the cloud is set to grow exponentially throughout 2022. The Cloud Configuration Security Practices survey conducted by Cyber Security Hub found that the number of applications organizations have in the cloud will increase substantially.

As of November 2021 enterprise companies in sectors that include financial services, healthcare and communications have on average 40 applications deployed in the cloud, this is set to expand to closer to 900 applications over the next 12 months.

The increased number of applications in the cloud means a higher level of risk and greater opportunity for threat actors to access and abuse business critical information via cloud misconfigurations.

This discussion will dive into some of the biggest challenges being faced by organizations today, why they are being faced and how to remedy them.

During this webinar you will learn:

  • What challenges organizations face today as the number of cloud applications increases
  • Why infrastructure-as-code security tools are important to cloud security
  • Where automation can ensure higher levels of security
  • How to use cloud provider’s governance and policy tools
