William leads AI Security at Philip Morris International (PMI), driving how AI systems are secured across the enterprise, and how information security uses AI to transform their operating model. His focus: make sure PMI can adopt AI at pace without increasing risk. Security should enable scale, not slow it down. Over the past year, he has built and operationalised PMI's AI security strategy, responding to the evolving threat landscape and enterprise AI roadmap by deploying enforceable controls and processes that apply across the full AI lifecycle at machine speed. This includes security architectures, agentic threat modelling approaches, and information security processes designed specifically for agentic and AI-driven workflows.
