Lesli Giglio

Lesli Giglio RN, MPA, CPHRM, CPPS currently serves as Chief Privacy Officer (CPO) and VP for Risk Management and Patient Safety Officer for Catholic Health Services of Long Island in Rockville Center NY. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the organizations privacy program including regulatory compliance, policy development and a comprehensive educational program. In her role she works closely with the Chief Information Security Officer to ensure integration of the Cyber security and privacy programs. In addition to her role as the CPO she is the responsible for the System wide Risk Management Program including implementing a high reliability safety program with the goal of achieving Zero harm.

She holds a Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma, as well as certification in Risk Management and Patient Safety. She has BSN from SUNY Binghamton and an Master in Public Administration (MPA)in Healthcare Administration. She is the Past President of the New York Chapter of the American Society of Healthcare Risk Management.
