Darin is focused on initiatives around Community and Talent to help accommodate Thoughtexchange's rapid growth. He brings extensive experience building & leading sales teams and is passionate about helping the organization grow while staying true to their culture and the right way to scale. Working in this capacity with Thoughtexchange runs parallel with Darin’s primary responsibilities as “COO of the Home Team” (his wife Summer is CEO) helping guide his four children through the day-to-day journey of growing up and their family adventure. In 2016 he decided to take a break from full-time sales leadership to focus more on his family, and Thoughtexchange proved a great place to contribute his experience while doing so.
