He is a Licensed Electronics & Communications Engineer from Mapua University & Certified Chief Information Security Officer from EC-Council University with 25+ years professional work experiences in ICT encompassing domain industries of Healthcare, IT/Knowledge Services, Consulting/Engineering, Telco, VAS/SI & Public Sector.

He is also an AWS & Azure Certified Cloud Professional, Certified Management Consultant, ICT Program Manager, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Practitioner, Enterprise Solutions Architect & Digital Transformation Strategist.

He is tasked to oversee the preparation & execution of the Enterprise IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security Strategic Road Map of the Metro Pacific Health Group of Hospitals adapting to the Global Healthcare standard of Hospital Information Systems Society (HIMSS)-Infrastructure Adoption Model (INFRAM) & in alignment to MPH Digital Transformation Roadmap.

His Key Priority in Life is in striving for a Work-Life Balance of being a Competent Technology/Security Leader and a Contended Family Man.
