Peter Molloy

Director of SASE Sales and GTM, JAPAC Palo Alto Networks

Peter Molloy joined Palo Alto Networks in 2017 to develop and lead the company's Service Provider Business across APAC, where his teams successfully delivered transformational cybersecurity projects to protect core SP networks across the region. In August of 2020, Peter then took on the responsibility of building out a specialist Secure Access Service Edge sales unit across JAPAC. During his IT Sales career, Peter has focussed on bringing disruptive technology solutions to market by building and leading high-performance sales teams that build and maintain trusted customer relationships. Prior to Palo Alto Networks, he held global and regional leadership positions at Firescope and Tintri, while at NetApp, he led the development and execution of NetApp's Shared Storage Framework. A solution-based sales and delivery model that resulted in over $250M in sales over a 5 year period. It was later released globally as NetApp's Dynamic Data Centre. Peter started his work-life in the Australian Army, where served for 12 years before retiring as a Major in 1997.
