Launched my career 36 years ago after stumbling across an opportunity to revolutionize HSBC back end systems, a massive job that took nearly 2 years to execute. My greatest achievements was successful in implementing a new front-end / back end hardware/system change in 2003. Thereafter implemented HSBC's 2nd Generation Internet Banking in 2008 and 2011 for Mobile Internet Banking using iPhone, iPad & Androids phones. I moved to HSBC Insurance on 01 Jan 2016 to head a newly formed Business Process team responsible to challenge existing customer journeys & develop processes according to an agreed transformation roadmap across all channels, and translate into business requirements. Responsible to develop highly committed & delivery focused teams, consistently delivering high quality results.
