The business meeting format at this conference is unique. It has been a very closely engaging relationship with each vendor and I feel like I've gotten something out of it.  They send their A game and their execs are ready to have actionable and frank conversations.  

  The sessions have been great. One of the biggest things has been the level of interactions between the CISOs and trading of ideas and the networking opportunities. And also it's great to have great vendor partners who are able to solve a particular problem and working on solving problems which sometimes it's great for firms to internally focus on because of other priorities.  

  We have a mechanism for engaging with each other, as well as engaging with the vendors to learn more about vendor products, to challenge the vendors, as to whether their product are really as innovative as they state. But it gives us a chance to build relationships, which are really what sell from a vendor standpoint because quite frankly we all have so much at risk with these vendors and the tools we bring into our organization 

  It's different than like the Gartner Symposium where there's a large number of people and lots of information, but sometimes it doesn't resonate with me. In this one, now we have the opportunite to meet and get more of a personal understanding about "how does this apply to me and my company?" and I've had great interactions and I've enjoyed that.
